IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. They are the most recognized organization for education and certification in the flooring industry. 
To earn a certification one must attend the class (usually 2-5 days) then pass a written exam.

CRI Member

The Carpet and Rug Institute is the number one source for science – based facts on carpet and rugs. They are a non profit based trade association representing the manufacturers of over 95 percent of all carpet made in the United States, as well as their suppliers and service providers.

CRI tested an assortment of carpet cleaning solutions and equipment and found a wide variance in how well these products work — and discovered that some even damage carpet.The CRI Seal of Approval program identifies effective carpet cleaning solutions and equipment that clean carpet right the first time and protects a facility’s carpet investment.

The Redwood Empire Floor Covering Association is an affiliate organization of WFCA. Primarily local flooring retailers, their purpose is to raise the level of knowledge and service to its members. This is a great source of information for our business.
